1. Where can the mats be used? Our mats are only suitable for clean, smooth, and untextured shower trays or tub floors. Suction cups will not work on textured surfaces.

2. How should the shower mat be prepared for use? It is essential to rinse the tub before use, wet it, and firmly press and stroke the mat on the tub floor to create a vacuum in the suction cups to secure it in place.

3. How do I maintain the mat? Our durable mat is machine washable. Rinse it after each use, hang it to dry on the provided hooks, and it will last for years.

4. How can the bathtub mat be hung to dry? Place the self-adhesive hooks inside the tub, hang the mat on the drain holes, and remove the hooks by gently warming them with a hairdryer to reuse.

5. Can the mat be used with a center drain? Yes, the mat's extra-large holes allow for optimal water circulation and drainage, regardless of the drain's location.

6. What is the mat made of? Our mat is made of skin-friendly PVC and regularly tested according to regulations for safety.
